This ice machine has a maximum production capacity of 356 lb. of medium sized, 7/8″ x 7/8″ x 7/8″, ice cubes per day. Auto-Alert indicator lights constantly communicate about operating status and actually signal your staff when it is time to descale, sanitize, and more – taking the guesswork out of maintenance. The patented WaterSense adaptive purge control delivers maximum reliability by reducing scale buildup for a longer time between cleanings.

This bin is designed to fit perfectly as a base for the ice machine. It has a capacity of 370 lb. for optimum ice storage. On the back it has a rear-located, recessed drain that makes this a breeze to install or clean. Preventative maintenance is simpler than ever with easily-removable panels allowing clear access to internal components and a diagnostic code display ensuring the right fix the first time. The reusable air filter is easily removable from the outside and all external panel components are crafted for optimal aesthetic appeal through superior fit and finish. This machine includes a convenient, built-in scoop holder and ice scoop so you can get started using the bin right away. It has an easily removable baffle and requires no tools for cleaning. It also features a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility and a spring loaded door with hidden hinges allows for easy opening and closing.

The Scotsman KPAS advanced sustainability kit for Prodigy® ice cubers includes the Scotsman KVS Vari-Smart ice level control kit as well as the KSBU-N Smart-Board network capable control kit. This kit is designed to help your Prodigy® ice cuber last as long as possible. The Vari-Smart ice level control allows you to set the amount of ice produced to reflect your needs as your demand for ice fluctuates from one day to the next, while the Smart-Board control panel helps diagnose any problems with your ice machine so that they can be fixed correctly and quickly on the first attempt.

This kit includes an item that has been discontinued and replaced a Prodigy Elite model, it is still eligible for the full specified warranty.
