High-Quality Ice
You’ll cover your patron demands with this ice machine, which has a maximum production capacity of 400 lb. per day. It produces medium-sized, 7/8″ x 7/8″ x 7/8″ ice cubes. Medium cube ice is perfect for fast food restaurants and bars alike as it melts slowly over time, cooling drinks without diluting their flavor or consistency. Its solid, uniform shape also helps to reduce ice consumption.

Accessible Interior
Preventative maintenance is simpler than ever with easily removable panels. They allow clear access to internal components and a diagnostic code display, ensuring the right fix the first time. The reusable air filter is easily removable from the outside and all external panel components are crafted for optimal aesthetic appeal through superior fit and finish.

Included Ice Bin
The ice storage bin is designed to fit perfectly underneath the 30″ Prodigy cube ice machines and other Scotsman 30″ ice machines. On the back it has a rear-located, recessed drain that makes this a breeze to install or clean.

Advanced Sustainability Kit
This includes the Scotsman KVS Vari-Smart ice level control kit as well as the KSBU-N Smart-Board network capable control kit. This kit is designed to help your Prodigy ice cuber last as long as possible. The Vari-Smart ice level control allows you to set the amount of ice produced to reflect your needs as your demand for ice fluctuates from one day to the next, while the Smart-Board control panel helps diagnose any problems with your ice machine so that they can be fixed correctly and quickly on the first attempt.

Included Ice Scoop
It includes a convenient, built-in scoop holder and scoop, which allows people to easily shovel out their desired amount of ice.

Intelligently Designed
